International Walk to School Day on October 3rd was the exciting beginning of a week-long walking challenge at Sanislo Elementary in West Seattle.  Parents and students walked with friends, local police officers, principal Debbie Nelsen, and of course the Giant Chicken on four different routes to school.  The rain held off and energy was high as walkers met for orange slices and conversation before the school day.  Watch the KIRO-7 video to hear all about it!  http://www.kirotv.com/video/14264531/index.html
