Matthew “Tatsuo” Nakata Act (HB 2564) passed out of the House passed the Washington State House of Representatives with strong support.

The Mathew "Tatsuo" Nakata Act (HB 2564) was passed out of the Washington State House of Representatives with strong support (73 yeas to 22 nays).

 

This bill will add bicycle and pedestrian safety information to drivers education programs - an important first step for a mobility education program. You can read the bill here.
